The security deposit for your apartment is $250 in total.
Rental Terms
Rental Period: June 1, 2025 to August 9, 2025 (10 weeks)
Payment Schedule:
- Security Deposit: $250 (due before arrival)
- Weekly Rent: $500 per week
- First Week's Payment: Due on arrival day at the latest
- Subsequent Payments: Due every Monday for the following week
Utilities:
- $100 monthly allowance included
- Any usage exceeding this amount will be billed separately
Property Access:
- Management reserves the right of entry for emergency repairs, especially in cases of water leaks
