The base $250 is refundable within 7 days of move-out if no damages. The 3.5% CC processing fee is non-refundable.
To avoid the CC fee: mail a check, or bring a money order or cashier's check to the office at 9 N 2nd St, Memphis TN 38103 (Exchange Building Leasing). Note your unit number on the memo line.
Late payment fee: A 10% late fee is applied to any payment not received by its due date.
