Weekly rent payment for a Shared 2BR unit at the Exchange Building during the AutoZone Summer 2026 internship program (May 28 – August 10, 2026). Each intern pays their half each week.
Base weekly rent: $250.00 per person
Credit card convenience fee (3.5%): $8.75
Total charged at checkout: $258.75 per person per week
Pay once each week — weekly rent is due by Friday for the upcoming week. You can also pre-pay several weeks at once by adjusting the quantity at checkout.
To avoid the CC fee: mail a check, or bring a money order or cashier's check to the office at 9 N 2nd St, Memphis TN 38103 (Exchange Building Leasing). Note your unit number on the memo line.
Late payment fee: A 10% late fee ($25) is applied to any weekly rent payment not received by its Friday due date.
