The security deposit for your apartment is $500 in total.
Rental Terms
Rental Period: May 30, 2026 to August 8, 2026 (10 weeks)
Payment Schedule:
- Security Deposit: $500 (due before arrival)
- Weekly Rent: $500 per week (2BR), $400 per week (1BR).
- First Week's Payment: Due on arrival day at the latest
- Subsequent Payments: Due every Monday for the following week, 10% late fee will be applied if late.
Utilities:
- $100 monthly allowance included
- Any usage exceeding this amount will be billed separately
Property Access:
- Management reserves the right of entry for emergency repairs, especially in cases of water leaks
